{"id":279,"date":"2022-01-27T19:54:06","date_gmt":"2022-01-27T19:54:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lebiscuit.emprendefpzorrilla.es\/?p=279"},"modified":"2022-02-17T19:47:20","modified_gmt":"2022-02-17T19:47:20","slug":"tarta-de-las-tres-leches","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lebiscuit.emprendefpzorrilla.es\/index.php\/2022\/01\/27\/tarta-de-las-tres-leches\/","title":{"rendered":"TARTA DE LAS TRES LECHES\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"postres-internacionales\">POSTRES INTERNACIONALES<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta tarta tiene una base de bizcocho parecido al genov\u00e9s, a este bizcocho se le a\u00f1ade la&nbsp;mezcla de tres leches, lo que hacen que tenga una textura h\u00fameda y jugosa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tan solo un par de horas podr\u00e1s disfrutar de este sencillo y rico postre que contiene:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ingredientes\">INGREDIENTES:&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1.Para el bizcocho&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;6 huevos&nbsp;<\/li><li>100 g de az\u00facar&nbsp;<\/li><li>150 g de harina&nbsp;<\/li><li>2 cucharaditas de levadura qu\u00edmica&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.Para el ba\u00f1o de tres leches:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 lata peque\u00f1a de leche condensada (370 g)&nbsp;<\/li><li>200 ml de nata ligera de cocina&nbsp;<\/li><li>150 ml de leche evaporada&nbsp;<\/li><li>Opcional: 1 cucharadita de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elcorteingles.es\/club-del-gourmet\/A29825236-extracto-de-vanilla-nielsen-massey\/\">extracto de vainilla&nbsp;<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.Para la cobertura&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 ml de nata para montar&nbsp;<\/li><li>2 cucharadas de az\u00facar&nbsp;<\/li><li>\u00bd cucharadita de extracto de vainilla&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"preparacion\">PREPARACI\u00d3N:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1\u00aa Parte <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iniciamos nuestra receta precalentando el horno a  a 180 grados, elgimos el molde con las medidas y la forma que deseamos y untamos de mantequilla para que no se pegue la mezcla al meterla al horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para empezar, en un bol separamos las claras y las yemas de los 6 huevos . Montamos las claras con 50g de az\u00facar . Con los 50g restantes de az\u00facar mezclamos las yemas y juntamos ambas mezclas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continuamos a\u00f1adiendo a esta mezcla , la harina y levadura tamizada , mezclando con movimientos envolventes para que no pierda volumen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez este todo mezclado vertemos la mezcla en el horno ( ya precalentado) y horneamos durante 20 min. Una vez transcurrido este tiempo dejamos reposar y enfriar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2\u00aa parte<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezclamos en un bol los dem\u00e1s ingredientes: leche condensada, nata ,leche evaporada y  la cucharada de esencia de vainilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agujereamos el bizcocho una vez este frio para que la mezcla anterior impregne bien ,y procedemos a a\u00f1adir en el molde la mezcla de las tres leches del paso anterior. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dejamos reposar la tarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\u00aa Parte<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la cobertura batimos nata para montar y a\u00f1adimos al gusto az\u00facar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez lista decoramos la tarta con esta nata y un espolvoreamos un poco de canela.
